QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE-Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent isrequired.- Technical post-graduate degree ispreferred.RELATED YEARS OFEXPERIENCE:A minimum of 15 years of experience in adesign consultancy, property development firm or PMC, specializingin infrastructure, preferably in the GCC.YOEIN MANAGERIAL POSITION:At least 8 years in a managementor lead role.FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:- Extensiveexperience to GCC region and adjacent markets isessential.- Proven track record of working on complexprojects in the Middle East and or GCC.- Demonstratedtrack record in infrastructure design and projectoversight.TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONALSKILLS- Excellent design capabilities andunderstanding.- Strong communication and interpersonalskills.- Excellent analytical skills.-Ability to delegate and coordinate responsibilities.-Strong conflict resolution and upward / downward managementskills.- Committed team player with the ability tobalance conflicting priorities and makedecisions.
