JobDescriptionJobDescriptionThis is a100% remote, 12 month contract position with potential forextension andconversion.TheSearch Specialist is a key member of amultifunctional team that creates customer experiences on ourclient's company website. The Search Specialist ensuresthat prioritized pages are optimized forsearch.As a Search Specialist,you will make an impact by:Lead the execution of ourclient's website organic search digital marketing campaignsaimed at multiple customer segments; also manage communication,workflows, and timelines with the internal web teams and businessstakeholdersLead key search activitiesincluding competitor research, keyword mining, meta-dataimplementation, and search performancemonitoringRun global paid search campaigns asneeded and deliver strong ROIPartner withcontent strategists and other team members to inform web sitecontent and optimal page designProduce andmaintain search dashboards and monitor and analyzeKPIsTrack search performance of key web pagesand competitors and provide strategic recommendations onmaintaining/enhancing search resultsUtilizesearch tools to identify and prioritize performance and technicalissues and work with cross-functional teams to bring them toresolutionRepresent the business in searchpractitioner meetings to prioritize and test search enhancements,create and educate teams on searchstrategiesProvide subject matter expertise toArea colleagues; train and educate as needed.YourQualifications:Bachelor's degree orequivalent experience3+ years of searchoptimization experienceWorking knowledge ofdigital media planning and buyingFamiliaritywith search platforms, algorithms, and tools (e.g. Google SearchConsole, Google Ads, Adobe, WebTrends,etc.)Understanding of data analytics andability to evaluate data to identify website performanceissuesAbility to manage multiple requestsefficiently and meet deadlinesStrong attentionto detail with an analytical mind and problem-solvingskills YourSkills: Webdesign and content writing experience.GoogleAdwords certification and/or DoubleClickexperience.Experienced in XML sitemapproduction.Project, stakeholder, and teammanagement experience. INT
