Responsibilities:Hiring,developing, and inspiring the design team, or selecting a designteam from existing company employees.Meetingwith clients to discuss their needs and the design elements theywant.Interpreting abstract business conceptsand client briefs and turning them into creativeideas.Developing strategic design plans withprojected timelines and budgets.Creatingstoryboards and mockups for clients and the design team tovisualize the completed project.Pitching ideasand the creative vision to the client and communicating the projectoutline to the design team.Choosing the designelements for different projects.Overseeing thedesign projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the staffmembers to ensure they adhere to the budget and timelineconstraints.Reviewing feedback from clientsand making alterations according to the clients'needs.Analyzing market research to create moreeffective designs.
