Job Title :ELV Project ManagerJobLocation : Abu DhabiUAEJobType : Full time PermanentRole(Candidateswho are available immediately will be considered for this role asthis is a HIGH PRIORITY)JobDescription :Responsiblefor the design development and handson installation of an assignedproject in line with the technical designrequirementsResponsiblefor the onsite execution of an integrated security solutionincluding ACS CCTV Intercom ANPR etc. linked over a fiber networkinfrastructure including planning scheduling tracking analysis andmanagingreports.Supervisemonitor and appraise the subcontractors construction &installation performance ensuring that works are completed on timeand any necessary corrective actions are taken in such areas assafety quality planning andschedulingDevelopmentand participation in the site QA plan ensuring that the higheststandards are consistently maintained by thesubcontractor.Monitoringchange control ensuring change requests are submitted and followedthrough in the correct and timelymanner.Identificationof Risks and Issues at an early stage including them in the riskand issue log highlighting any potentialimpact.Developmentof a detailed schedule of work and where necessary highlightingcritical resourcerequirements.Analysisof complex issues coordinating the resolution of any problems thatarise with limitedsupervision.Ensuringthe correct permits (i.e.PTW) are in place prior to workcommencingInvestigatedamage accidents or delays at construction sites ensuring that thecorrect procedures are in place and being carried outalways.Developexecute and maintain technical submissions including HSE and MethodStatements.Provideproject related highlight and adhoc reports to the line managementfunction onrequest.Communicateeffectively and efficiently with the PM to anticipate/adviseneeds.Deputizefor project team colleagues or line management whenrequired.Ensurethere is suitable handover and cover for your workload for times ofplannedabsence.RequirementsOtherRequirementsDegree/ Diploma in Engineering from a reputableuniversityMinimumof 10 years relevant experience and comprehensive knowledge of lowcurrent systems including Access Control CCTV Fire Alarm IntercomGate barriers Intruder Alarm Network configurationetc.MInimumof 5 years leadership roleexperience.Provenexperience in the system design and implementation of securitysolutions and techniques in a Commercial Military or LawEnforcementRole.Extensivehandson experience as a Project Installation Engineer in securitysystems.Athorough understanding of technical drawings reviewing andcommenting on design and subcontractor submissions whereapplicable.Theability to lead and manage a fundamental part of an expeditionaryproject.Indepth knowledge of security projects and processes from conceptiontodelivery.Successin working to tight timelines and interfacing withsuppliersReasonabledegree of IT Literacy in MS Project Word Excel andPowerPoint7 - 10 years relevant experience Proficient in the use of PrimaveraP6 and MS Project. Demonstrable experience of liaison withconsultants on multiple construction contracts Fluent in spoken andwritten English and able to communicate effectively with allstakeholders INT
