ClientManagement: Act as the primary contact for assignedclients, developing and maintaining strong relationships.Understand their goals, provide strategic counsel, and ensureclient satisfaction.StrategicPlanning: Develop comprehensive PR strategies thatalign with client objectives, incorporating media relations,content creation, social media, events, and influencerpartnerships.MediaRelations: Build and maintain relationships with keymedia contacts in sports and entertainment. Secure high-impactmedia coverage and manage press events, interviews, and pressconferences.ContentCreation: Oversee the creation of press releases,media kits, articles, blog posts, and other PR materials. Ensureall content is of high quality and onbrand.CrisisManagement: Provide expert guidance and execution oncrisis communication strategies to protect and enhance clientreputations.TeamLeadership: Mentor and manage junior PR staff,fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Delegatetasks effectively and ensure high-quality workoutput.PerformanceTracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on PRcampaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations forimprovement.BudgetManagement: Oversee budget planning and managementfor client accounts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources andmeeting financialtargets.IndustryKnowledge: Stay updated with industry trends,emerging platforms, and best practices in sports and entertainmentPR.Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years of PR experience, preferably within the sportsand entertainmentsectors.Education:Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications,Marketing, or a related field.
