Additionalresponsibilities: Receivesand coordinates home care referrals and/or facility staffingrequestsAssigns qualified personnel competentto work the caseEnsures orders are timely andfiling is currentSupports branch recruitmentefforts to include interviewing, hiring and orienting fieldstaffMakes service calls to referral sourcesto offer available personnel and to prospects to gather informationregarding client needsTracks physician orders,case conferences, re-certifications, in-service and supervisoryvisitsOrders and monitors medical and officesupplies under direction of supervising nurse and BranchDirectorEnsures compliance with licensure andcredentialing requirementsFiles and maintainsintegrity of employee personnel files and clientchartsCompletes data entry asassignedCounsels field employees involvingviolation of non-clinical mattersInitiatescomplaint and service failure reporting and investigation,including appropriate and ongoingresolutionExemplifies AWESome companystandardsAll other duties asassignedQualifications:Takea look at the requirements below, to see what you'll needto take advantage of this exciting opportunity!Bachelor's degree stronglypreferredTwo or more years of collegerequiredAt least one year of training orexperience in a service related industryAtleast one year of experience in home health care, with commercialinsurance and private pay experiencepreferredExperience should emphasize problemsolving skills in a patient caresetting INT
