JobDetailsThe primary focus ofthis role will be to implement AI technology into our routingprocesses to allow the coordinators to produce more routes and tohelp support the team andmanagers.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day Routing teamperformance.Develop and maintain efficienttransportation routes to minimize costs, reduce delivery times, andoptimize resource utilization.Prepare andmaintain efficient routes for customersatisfaction.Utilize routing software and dataanalysis to continually optimize and improve routingstrategies.Use AI solutions to improve theaccuracy of GPS tracking and deliverysystems.Lead, mentor, and train the RoutingTeam. Provide coaching and support skill development within theteam.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)and metrics, using data analysis to drive continuousimprovement.Stay current with the latest AItechnologies and software systems, and explore opportunities fortheir application in our logisticsoperations.Implement and leverage technologysolutions, routing software, GPS systems, and data analytics toolsto enhance routing efficiency.Implement andintegrate AI technologies into our logistics operations to improveefficiencyQualificationsExperience inlogistics/routingManagementexperience INT
