Responsibilities:Buildingand maintaining profitable relationships with keycustomers.Overseeing the relationship withcustomers handled by your team.Resolvingcustomer complaints quickly andefficiently.Keeping customers updated on thelatest products in order to increasesales.Meeting with managers in theorganization to plan strategically.Expandingthe customer base by upselling andcross-selling.Understanding key customerindividual needs and addressingthese.Conducting business reviews using CRMprograms.Knowing your competition andstrategizing accordingly.
