• Oversee the recruitment process,from sourcing and interviewing toonboarding.• Manage employee relations,fostering a positive and inclusive workplaceculture.• Develop and implement HRpolicies and procedures in line with industry bestpractices.• Conduct performancemanagement and talent developmentinitiatives.• Ensure compliance withlocal labor laws and regulations inDubai.• Handle visa processing foremployees and efficiently manage the distribution of back officeduties. Qualifications:• Provenexperience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the Dubai realestate sector.• Strong understanding oflocal employment laws and regulations.•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
