Senior HR Generalist

Master's degree in HumanResources or a related field preferred (Bachelor's degreewith 8+ years of experience may beconsidered).Minimum 6+ years of provenexperience as a Senior HR Generalist in the construction,development, or contracting industry.Fluencyin English and Arabic (written and spoken) with excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.Deepunderstanding and practical application of UAE labor laws andregulations, particularly those specific to the construction,development, and contracting sector.Extensiveexperience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefitsadministration, and visa processing in the constructionindustry.Strong problem-solving and analyticalskills with the ability to handle complex HRissues.Proven ability to work independentlyand manage multiple prioritieseffectively.Proficient in HR software andsystems, including industry-specific HR solutions for constructioncompanies.Collaborative and team-orientedapproach with a passion for building strong relationships withinthe organization.
