SUMMARYYou will be the Head Coach ofthis team. This person is responsible for the overall success ofthe hotel, meeting or exceeding planned objectives for revenue andprofit, and ensuring guest satisfaction and product qualitystandards aremet.Starting Salary range is$55,000-$65,000 year plus Bonus andBenefits.ESSENTIALDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIESDrive the Guest Service cultureat the Hotel.Empower your team to embracethe guest service standards of theorganization.Be the sales champion at theproperty.Through accurate forecastingdrive optimal profitmargins.Stay up to date on marketconditions and implement strategies based onchanges.Identify and source talent tomaintain optimal servicelevels.Drive performance throughculture.Ensure that the condition ofthe property is well maintained and worthy of superior QAresults.Promote a safe and healthyenvironment for guests and co-workersalike.EDUCATIONand/orEXPERIENCE3+ year's hotelmanagement experience, or an equivalent combination of educationand experience.Bachelor's degree inHotel Management, Business Administration, or related fieldpreferred.1+ year's Marriotthotel brand management experience, extended staypreferred.May be required to work nights,weekends, and/orholidays.PHYSICALDEMANDS/ WORKENVIRONMENT: The physicaldemands described here are representative of those that must be metby an employee to successfully perform the essential functions ofthis job.
