NOTE: Please ONLY applyif you have sufficient experience (in Oil and Gas) and skillsrequired as per job description below.Job Summary.The Global Account Manager will beresponsible for managing key client relationships on a globalscale. The primary objective will be to foster strong partnershipsunderstand client needs and drive revenue growth through strategicaccount management. PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES Buildingand Managing Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with keyclients on a global scale understanding their needs challenges andstrategic objectives. Strategic AccountPlanning: Develop comprehensive account plans that align with bothclient objectives and company goals identifying growthopportunities and mitigating risks.Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closelywith internal teams such as sales marketing product development andcustomer support to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions thatmeet client needs. Customer Advocacy: Serve asthe primary advocate for the client within the company ensuringthat their voice is heard and their concerns are addressed promptlyand effectively. Performance Tracking andReporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure thehealth of the client relationship and track progress againsttargets. Provide regular reports and updates to both internalstakeholders and the client.FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFICRESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with StrategicSales team members located in all regions on a worldwide basis.Contract Management: Oversee contractnegotiations ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both theclient and the company and that contracts are executed in a timelymanner. Travel and Global Coordination:Depending on the nature of the role may require frequent travel tomeet with clients in various locations around the world as well ascoordination with international teams and partners.Stakeholder Management: Manage relationshipswith key stakeholders both internally and externally includingexecutives decisionmakers and influencers to ensure alignment andsupport for account objectives.BEHAVIORALSKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Negotiation skills.Presentation skills.International travel requiredCompilation and concise accurate technical andcommercial proposals. Excellent communicationskills. Preparation of annual budget plans and updates.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILLSET REQUIRED:Essential:At least 57 years ofexperience in a similar position Experiencewith NOV product lines is highly preferredMust have previous Drilling Service Companyexperience Must be Fluent in English andArabic Everyday the oil and gas industrys best minds put more than 150 years ofexperience to work to help our customers achieve lasting success.
