1.Fullawareness and ability to implement the Planned preventativemaintenance (PPM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) & BreakdownMaintenance(BD)2.Handleand service/test/Repair fire Sprinkler Systems and associated ZCVAlarm Check & othervalves3.Handleand service/test/Repair Fire Pumps Electrical Diesel Jockey andassociated Valves & Fire Pumpcontrollers.4.Handleand service/test/Repair PreAction Systems & Deluge Systems(with associated Control Panel DetectorsCompressor..etc.)5.Handleand service/test/Repair Fire Gas Suppression Systems (FM 200 ArgonInergen..Etc.) with associated Control Panel Detectorsetc6.Handleand service/test/Repair Kitchen Wet Chemical SuppressionSystems7.Handleand service/test/Repair Fire Hose reel Fire Hose Rack StandpipesFire Deptconnections.8.Handleand service/test/Repair Foam Extinguishing Systems &related components Monitors Tanks pumpsetc.9.Handleand service/test/Repair Fire Hydrants and associated Pipes&valves10.Ability to conform to all general and technical safety requirementsalways to ensure the health safety & welfare of self andothers atwork.11.Any other work as assigned by the supervisor / duty engineer toachieve thepurpose.12.Can read interpret and describe the functionality of pipeworkschematics and system layoutdrawings.13.Can correctly setup and use all related test equipment andinterpret the testresults.14.Knowledgein the use & interpretation of NFPA UAEFC DCD codesStandards andRegulationsRequirements1Educational Certificate;preferably a Diploma in MechanicalEngineering.2Good Manners ofEnglish (both written andspoken)3Minimum 35 years ofexperience in thefield.BenefitsMedicalinsuranceFreeAccommodation2years airticketBachelor s Degree in Engineering 5-12 years experience in the samefield Engineering standards and codes of practice Contract andcommercial knowledge Negotiation skills Team leadership Computerskills Planning skills Procurement and selling skills Ability toplan, organize, lead, and monitor team efforts to their successfulcompletion Excellent in English Language, Arabic would be anadvantage INT
