Ensure manpower resources ofElectrical Engineers Team are adequate and are utilizedefficiently.Establish performance criteria,agree performance objectives with the Team and develop competencyof team members.Organize internal qualityaudits/peer reviews for monitoring quality and ensure timelyclose-outofactions.Provide adviceand guidance to engineers and designers on important technicalissues as well as managerial matters.Providenecessary support and guidance to Project Control, Construction andCommissioning.Participate in Contract Reviewprocess and provide required inputs to LeadEngineer.Perform responsibilities of LeadEngineer in event of large project.DevelopElectrical engineering related CompanyStandards.Interact with peers from otheroffices across globe on regular basis to ensure consistency ofwork INT
