GenericResponsible for theachievement of the overall sales targets (online other) by sourcingand prospecting for new business, as well as managing existingbusiness to increase revenue.Focus on clientrelationship management and the effective use of the systems toensure the strict implementation of procedures and the policies ofthe trade, maintain and improve service standards Liaise with bothinternal and external clients to audit service quality levels andpropose operational changes where necessary to optimise clientsatisfaction.Monitor revenue, yield and staffproductivity, in order to recommend changes to achieve clientsatisfaction, revenue targets andprofitability.Regularly communicate theproduct portfolio to customers using all means available tomaximise sales and revenue. Ensure that policy decisions arepromptly communicated to our front line staff, Trade Partners andclients. Continuously update thedatabase.Prepare and submit weekly, monthlyand annual sales reports. Prepare annual / bi-annual businessreviews for the client. Prepare responses to RFI?s / RFP?s fromclients locally, regionally and globally asrequired.Explore opportunities for regionaland global consolidation ofMNC?s.Review/analyse market trends and giverecommendations to line manager. Support all promotions and eventsorganised by dnata Travel Services to ensure sales targets andorganisational goals are met.Lead salesefforts on supplier portfolio, draft and negotiate proposals andagreements.Support and ensure the successfulimplementation of new customers in theplatform.Maintain Customer Relationships byvisiting customers when required and participate in review meetingsto implement ideas on how to increase sales andrevenueSpecific toEmQuestDeliver quantitative consultingapproach and lead sales efforts on key identified leads, structureand draft proposals, including written materials, pricing andpresentations.Ensure that the strategicdirection defined for OTAs is followed and supported from allcustomer supporting functions of our business from AccountManagement to Commercial Operations.ChampionOnline sales change initiatives within the team and roll-model newbehaviours.Obtain quality market intelligence(market trends, competitor activity) and communicate findings withrecommendations to refine and adapt sales strategies to exploit newopportunities and counter competitoractivities.Specific to Central GroundServicesProvide support to all internalcustomers and help resolve a wide range of issues within thespecified SLAs.Document and updateactions/events/meeting notes in the Customer RelationshipManagement tool.
