About OurClientOur client is awell-established company within the natural resources industry.Boasting over 500 employees, they have a strong presence in theEngineering and Manufacturing sector, with a focus on eco-friendlypractices. They are known for their commitment to employeedevelopment and a strong team-focusedculture.JobDescriptionPerform routine maintenance andrepairs on all equipment andmachinery.Collaborate with the engineeringteam to troubleshoot and solve complex technicalissues.Ensure compliance with all safety andenvironmental regulations.Participate incontinuous improvement projects to enhance productivity andefficiency.Provide technical training tojunior team members.Work closely with themanufacturing team to ensure smoothoperations.Assist in project planning andexecution.Contribute to the development of newsystems and processes.The SuccessfulApplicantA successfulMulti-Skilled Engineer should have:Relevant engineering qualificationsor apprenticeship.A solid understanding ofPlanned, preventative and reactivemaintenance.Strong technical skills andhands-on experience with machinery andequipment.Excellent problem-solvingabilities.Strong communication andteam-working skills.A commitment to continuouslearning and improvement.What's onOffer Acompetitive salary of around £50,000 perannum.Company Pension and Life AssuranceScheme.Annual Discretionary BonusScheme.Employee Savings & DiscountScheme which grants you discounts to high street stores, gymmemberships, travel and much more.EmployeeAssistance Programme with access to wellbeingsupport.
