This is a remote position. JOBSUMMARY The CertifiedPatient Access Analyst will be responsible for projects involvingresearch, analysis, and the presentation of findings, insights, andrecommendations based on various factors (ex: data insights,regulatory changes, feedback from QA reviews, market information,etc.) to solve business problems and improveoutcomes. Details: Brand newEpic implementation for only outpatientfacilitiesClient in SanFranciscoareaUp to one week amonth travel onsiteaverageThrough Jan 16,2024Start date within afewweeksClient serves atypically underserved population mostly Asian many don t speakEnglishEllit Groups is awoman and minority owned company with a passion for makinghealthcare better forALL RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate, communicateand lead business requests for implementation prioritizationPerform research bygathering data from a variety of healthcare sources, includinginternal and externaldata/researchPresent analyticalfindings and insights to stakeholders and leadership usingeffective storyboarding and dynamicvisualsDiligently pursuelearning and training opportunities to build skills andknowledgeAbility to translateproject goals and requirements to business and technical teams witha confirmed understanding of developmentprocessesCoordinate andcomplete ad hoc requests for data and analysis, utilizing business,operational, and analyticalskills/knowledgeOwns reportdevelopment forreports/dashboardsPerforms other jobduties as required bymanager/supervisor. Requirements Education andExperience: Certified in EpicCadence and PreludeBachelor s degree orequivalent experience in addition to 3+ years of relevantexperience to include business analysis work3+ years analyticalexperience working in healthcareAble to research andapply problem solving, analyticalskills Language: Must be able tofluently speak, read and writeEnglish.Fluent in Chinese(Cantonese and/or Mandarin), Vietnamese, Spanish and otherlanguages may be required depending onlocation.Fluency in otherlanguages are anasset.
