Manage all pre-installation works:Ensure availability of adequate and firsthandinformation of contractual scope of works anddeliveries.Follow up on material deliveries inconjunction with factory and supplychainMonitor shaft readiness and ensure shaftsdimensions are as per approved shopdrawingsEnsure adequate resources planning tomeet project's contractualrequirements.Request purchase order for Subcontactors and local materials in conjunction with Project Managerand supply chainCoordination with maincontractors, architects, and consultant teams on the projectsrequirement:Shop drawings, Technical submittal,Material sample, Method statement & Inspection and TestPlan approvalPlan and arrange Logisticprogramme for safe and timely deliveries of Escalators and elevatormaterial inside the buildingpremisesSubmitting daily, weekly and monthlyreports to main contractor ( as applicable according to projectrequirement)Attend weekly/Bi weekly meetingswith MCCarry out Technical co-ordination andplanning to interface elevators with Low VoltagedevicesInstallationPhase:Ensure Adequate resources areavailable.Raise Material Inspection Requestupon deliveries of materials and assure timelyapprovalEnsue proper communication/letters/records keeping with the MC in conjunction with Project Managerpertaining to all aspects of the projectFollowup of installation progress through MS Projects, Primavera or excelspread sheet as required.Plan risk assessmentprior to hoisting and rigging and other criticalactivitiesConduct TBT/FPA and ensure all othersafety aspects are adhered to as per company's laid downsafety proceduresFollow installation progressthrough MS Projects, Primavera or excel spread sheet asrequiredRaise Trouble reports for any missing,short shipped , defective materials and follow up theirdeliveriesAdvice /Support installation teamsfor any installation related issuesEnsureinstallation manuals, Engineering drawings , approved shop drawingsare available at all timesCoordination withsupply chain to ensure local materials are ordered and available ona timely manner INT
