Responsibilities:Meetingwith clients and determining their needs andrequirements.Managing design projects fromconcept development through tocompletion.Developing and presenting projectproposals.Adjusting designs and plans to meetthe client's needs.Preparing drawings,blueprints, specifications, and constructiondocuments.Conducting research and compilingreports on feasibility and environmentalimpact.Complying with safety standards andlocal planning regulations.Determining andadhering to budgets and timelines.Managingproject teams and collaborating with other constructionprofessionals.ArchitectRequirements:Degree in architectureor a related field.Previous experience as anArchitect preferred.Excellent technicaldrawing skills.Strong communication andproject management skills.Knowledge ofMicrosoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit,Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.Goodinterpersonal and presentationskills.Knowledge of building codes andregulatory standards.Strong creative andvisualization skills.
