Job Title: Full Stack Data Scientist (Exp 10+years)EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:Ph.D./Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science or Business Analytics is preferredRESPONSIBILTIES:Development of new data products or enhancements to existing data products. Conduct advanced exploratory analyses for large size data. Proven Experience of Gather or collect data from customer or create synthetic data to meet requirements or objective.Make data ready for the business requirements and domain data-models. Given a product spec, independently design and implement the right set of modeling approaches, experiments, metrics needed for the development of a data-driven product. Collaborate with the Data Engineering/Data Science team to provide business insight/priorities across the data flows Adopt the new Technology and apply to the developed product or included them as a service by assuming that it helps the customer get insights.Developed and implemented performance models to identify loss calculation tools using PySAM and PVlib models Develop automatic analytics tools, such as Snow analytics, Soiling, and Module degradationPublish software tutorials, user manuals, case studies, and technical reports on the company's internal platform (Confluence)Create Metrics based on data availability and show the impact of each metric to get insights about data gathered by day/weekly/MonthlyGive Optimal values for the KPI, customer can use for future reference.Add Prescriptive analysis based on KPI to which helps to the customer resolve the issuesRender results of data analysis through advanced visualization and tabular reports. Work for multiple data products, feature areas, or research topics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal/External stakeholders. Accountable for the domain data architecture from a business perspective - i.e., ensure a clear understanding of Systems/domain of Record for specific data attributes or attribute groups and drive data sharing and data flows to support a long-term shared visionDocument a view of processes, applications, and owners of data across the key business processes in order to drive a business view of how data is created and consumed in the organization - which ultimately drives business decisions for those processesEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:8+ years of related experience in management information systems, IT or process improvement5+ years in understanding complex application data flows across multiple applications and systems5+ years of experience as product creator who has helped stand up data platforms bringing together data from variety of sources for downstream use in business analysis5+ years of experience working directly as a Data analyst/Data Product/Data Sceientist role or equivalent role2+ years of experience with cloud-based architecture (i.e. Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform)2+ years of experience with data warehouses (i.e. SQL Server, Redshift, Snowflake, Oracle ,Mongo DB)2+ years of experience with reporting design tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI) and data engineering processes (i.e. ETLs, APIs)Domain Knowledge:Solar - PV Panels, Modules , SMB, Inverter , Cables and Grid , REMS , SCADA Analysis, soiling estimatesWind turbines - Yaw misalignment detection Wind Turbine parts to detect drift in behavior Assess turbine upgrades performance which helps to make business decision for better Weather Sensor data Strong understanding of the lithium-ion electrochemistry, system-theoretic principles and mechanical, electrical, and thermal systems in a battery cell/pack/module.Familiarity with battery modelling techniques (Black-box, Whitebox and Grey-box) and the ability to blend physical, empirical, analytical, equivalent circuit, and stochastic models to achieve the desired output parameter.Interested candidates can share your updated resume at vishnu.gadila@cesltd.com PRB
