Conduct comprehensive legalresearch, including gathering facts and performing investigationsto fact-check information for diverse cases by searching throughpublic records and other resources provided byclients.Draft and analyse legal documentsregarding commercial and labour lawmatters.Draft and negotiate commercialcontracts, particularly with a focus on Saudi Arabianlaw.Collect, compile and utilise technicalknowledge and information to make recommendations toattorneys.Prepare affidavits andcorrespondence, as well as other legal documents such as wills,contracts, briefs, appeals andpleadings.Organise different files for variouslegal proceedings.Discuss case details withattoerneys and clients.Partake in casemanagement and legal housekeeping.Report toGeneral Counsel.
