Program Leadership: Lead andoversee the implementation of SAP FICO projects, ensuring alignmentwith organisational goals andstrategies.Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide detailed reports andpresentations to executive leadership on progress andplans.Project Planning and Execution: Developcomprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and manage projecttimelines to ensure timely and successful projectdelivery.Vendor Management: Work closely withexternal vendors and consultants, overseeing contracts, managingrelationships, and ensuring the quality ofdeliverables.Quality Assurance: Implement andmaintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability andaccuracy of SAP FICO systems.ChangeManagement: Develop and execute change management strategies tofacilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of SAP FICOsystems.Risk Management: Identify and mitigateproject risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimizedisruptions to project timelines anddeliverables.The SuccessfulApplicant Aminimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, withat least 5 years in a program managementrole.In-depth knowledge and hands-onexperience with SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, andCO.Proven experience in leading SAP FICOprojects from initiation to completion, with a focus on large-scaleimplementations.Stakeholder Management: Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability toeffectively collaborate with stakeholders at alllevels.Experience in managing relationshipswith SAP consultants and vendors, ensuring the delivery ofhigh-quality solutions.
