• Schedule and execute containerbookings in line with the Purchase Orders received fromcustomers.• Issue export documentation andpacking lists• Liaise with thecompany's load masters in the management of containerloading.• Advise the Supply Chain Coordinatorof issues concerning Sea Logistics ManagementReport.• Manage the stock-on-hand levels of seafreight packaging material & seals•Communicate with government agencies & transportcontractors regarding the import and export documentations ofgoods.• Ensure that the appropriate documentfiles are maintained on every import or export consignment for thepurpose of customs audits, supplier claims and company QAaudits.
