Carry out and oversee the planned andreactive maintenance on the Fire Alarm System (including smoke andheat detection) & ELV systems such as, CCTV, AccessControl, Intercom, PA, Data Networks, Lighting control, Car parkmanagement system, Pnuematic Tube system, Satellite & TVNetworks etc. and associated equipment.Monitor,troubleshoot and/or repair the Fire / ELV Equipment, systems andmaintain and update records on a dailybasis.Manage the specialist subcontractorsand/or obligations of the equipment Defects Liability Periodaccordingly.Conduct regular tests on theequipment to determine operating reliability andefficiently.Manage the requisition of tools,spare parts and consumables.Provide end userswith oral and/or written instructions for Fire / ELV equipmentoperation and maintenance. Assist in monitoringutility consumption, collation of consumption figures, and updaterecords as required. INT
