1) Assist in developing, producing, andcoordinating subcontract documentation such as subcontracts,agreements, modification task/delivery orders, solicitations,estimates, cost/price analyses, negotiation memorandums,justifications, determinations, special contract provisions,representations, certifications, andcorrespondence.2) Assist in coordinating,developing, and producing procurement documentation such asacquisition plans, source selection plans and evaluation criteria,agreements, profit analyses, statements of work, data submittalrequirements, and proposal preparationinstructions.3) Assist in evaluating proposalsand quotations, determining offer responsiveness, responsibility,and eligibility for award, and provide support for discussions andnegotiations.4) Review and process subcontractprocurement requisitions.5) Provide assistanceto ensure subcontract practices, transactions, and documentationcomply with Company policies and procedures, contract requirements,and Government regulations.6) Maintainsubcontract files, including monitoring and tracking subcontractordeliverables.7) Interface and coordinate withcontractor/subcontractor, intercompany, interdepartmental, andinternal department personnel.8) Preparecorrespondence to subcontractors and internalpersonnel.9) Enter subcontracts into theCostpoint accounting system.10) Compiledocumentation to establish subcontract files.11)Support subcontract file reviews in support of Government andinternal audits.12) Coordinate with accountingand finance department in administering subcontract invoicing andpayments, job cost management, contract audit/filing, and closeoutprocess.13) Monitor subcontract compliance withgovernmental law and divisional policies andprocedures.14) Assist with the coordination ofall necessary Contracting Officer approvals of subcontractactions.15) Assist with the management ofsubcontract file(s), including preparation and control of allmodifications and correspondence.16) Possessknowledge of how subcontractor invoices areprocessed.17) Maintain a filing system and beresponsible for correspondence on contracts and procurementmatters.18) Support administration ofsubcontracts, including review and approval of subcontractmodifications.19) Support small businesssubcontracting goals.20) Close outsubcontracts.
