Job Purpose: dnata is one of theworlds largest air and travel services providers; offering groundhandling cargo travel and catering & retail services atover 130 airports in more than 30 countries across six continents.At dnata we are by your side for the entire travel experience.As a ServiceDelivery Manager (UAE National) you will provide therequired support and expertise to the staff on shift ensuringservice delivery by dealing with any conflicts and issues raised bycustomers. Activate exception management plan or businesscontinuity and develop staff performance on shift to ensure safeontime performance amidst a service focused environment and incompliance with regulatory legal and safety requirements andstandard operating procedures.In this role youwill Be a UAENational with a Khulasat Al QaidPlan the shift and ensureconstant collaboration with key stakeholders as required as well ascontingency and service recovery plans in place in case ofoperational disruptionsEnsure sufficient staff andsupport facilities are available for shift in cooperation withcentral allocations based on the agreed service standardsEnsure that safetybriefings are conducted regularly while intervening when there isrisk exposure role model safe behaviours and follows up oncorrective actions Ensurecompliance to all relevant safety policies procedures and controlsacross the department to guarantee employee safety legislativecompliance and a responsible environmental attitude and theimplementation of BAPPIdentify opportunities forcontinuous improvement of systems processes and practices andreports to Department ManagementConduct spot audit onconformance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) CustomerServices and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement ofprocessesQualifications& Experience: To be considered for the role you must meetthe below requirements Be aUAE National with a Khulasat Al Qaid BachelorsDegree or Diploma and 6 years of experience in aviation/ groundhandling / customer service Advancedunderstanding of airlines customer service product (specificairport related requirements) and Industry regulations for theassigned work area Advanced QualityOrientation Skills Advanced Safety AwarenessSkills Proficient Leadership SkillsProficient Budget and Cost Control KnowledgeYoullhave an edge if you have3 years (out ofthe last 6 years) of experience handling airline customers andcomplaints in a cross operational environment3 years (out of the last 6years) experience in airport operationsThisis a Safety Sensitive PositionAt dnata part of Emirates Group were committed toproviding our employees with opportunities to grow and develop intheir careers.
