Upkeeping of equipment srelated to AMC calibration andmaintenance.3. Upkeeping ofinstrument records breakdown and spare partsrecords.Responsibility2: Documentation1.Knowledge of Good laboratory practices preparation of SOP spreparation of test data sheets2.Knowledge of laboratory safety related to handling storage anddisposal of chemicals3. Issuanceof certificate of analysis.4.Inventory management related to chemicals glassware and spareparts.Responsibility3: Testing1. Analysisand reporting of tea samples as perSOP2. Testing of caffeine contentusing HPLC moisture analysis Ash content heavy metals using AASetc.3. Analysis of microbialtests such as Anaerobic count yeast and Molds coliforms and E.Coli.ATP swab test.4. Coordinationwith external laboratory for testing parameters such as Pesticideresidue water analysisswabanalysis and any other testsrequired.RequirementsCriteria:NationalityANYAge Bracket Preferably between25 35 years oldGender MALE/FEMALEEducational Attainment BScor MSc in chemistry/Foodchemistry.No. Years of ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience in reputed industry preferably foodindustryCertifications/TrainingsNeededPreferablyknowledge in caffeine content heavy metals analysis moistureanalysis.
