Summary/Responsibilities of thisposition:NONEDEFINEDAccountabilities of this positioninclude:Assists market personnel in basicduties as needed.Participates in receivingall merchandiseParticipates in trimming,scraping, and traying of knife ready cuts of beef, pork loins, andother porkProcesses items such as groundmeats, beef skirts, stew meats, cube meat, and freshfish.Blocks displaycasesCleans/sanitizes processing area,storage cooler, and equipment daily.Cleansfresh and frozen multi deck and coffincases.Wraps meat for meat counter and specialorders.Requirements:Eighteen(18) years of age or olderPower jackTrainingOJT (201 -204)Fast paced and requires detailed work andprecisionPhysicalRequirements:The noise level in the workenvironment is moderateLift and carrymoderately heavy loads (40-60lbs)Bend, Reach,Push and PullWhile performing the duties ofthis job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanicalparts and extreme cold and heat and high tech chemicals INT
