JobSummaryThis role is responsible for leadingthe development, coordination, managing, and communication of thekey initiatives and program progress from end to end.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving businesscritical, cross-org initiatives and programs in theorganization.Lead various initiatives andprograms from design through execution. Monitor the programprogress from end to end and prepare regular updates andcommunication to the stakeholders.Lead andmanage complex program and data, work independently to constructanalyses and develop business plans andrecommendations.Creates and facilitateeffective taskforce engagement and program managementgovernance.Liaison with executives and seniorleaders and employees on project updates, proposals, andplanningDevelopPartnerand collaborates across divisions, organizations, andfunctions.Support daily operations incollaboration with senior management to ensure the timelycompletion and follow through on thedeliverablesAct as an expert by addingcreative insights, identifying opportunities of operational processand tool improvements, and establishing governance policies todrive org-wide operational excellence.Education& ExperienceRecommendedFour-year or Graduate Degree inBusiness Administration, Communication, Marketing, or any otherrelated discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstratedcompetence.Typically has 10+ years of workexperience, preferably in communication, planning, operations, or arelated field.PreferredCertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP)CertificationKnowledge &SkillsAnalyticsBusinessIntelligenceCommunicationDashboardDetailOrientedDataAnalysisEconomicsMarketResearchMarketingOrganizationPowerBIProgram & ProjectManagementTableau (Business IntelligenceSoftware)Thought LeadershipCross-OrgSkillsEffectiveCommunicationResultsOrientationLearningAgilityDigitalFluencyCustomer CentricityImpact &ScopeImpacts large functions and leadslarge, cross-division functional teams or projects.ComplexityProvides highly innovative solutionsto complex problems within established policy.DisclaimerThis job description describes thegeneral nature and level of work performed in this role.
