JobOverviewWe are looking for an HR professionalto recruit the new and best talent for an Events company. Youshould have a sharp eye while you check on resumes and to evaluateapplications for suitability.ResponsibilitiesCollaboratewith headhunters to hire and retain the top besttalent.Screen resumes and job applicationforms.Help to structure the jobdescription.Assist Hiring Managers to conductinterviews.Interview job candidates via callsand conduct on-site interviews.Coordinate withthe management and corporate recruiters to find out the details ofstaffing requirements.Be active with onlinejob boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualifiedcandidates for open positions.Respond tointernal as well as external customers and ensure that the staffingobjectives are accomplished.Serve as a bridgewith work organizations, affiliations andagencies.Stay up to date with knowledge of HRvia educational opportunities, maintain personal networks andprofessional publicationsRequirementsBachelor'sdegree in Human Resource Management or a relevantfield.2 - 4 years experience as an HRRecruiter, HR consultant or a similarrole.Excellent knowledge of Applicant TrackingSystems and resume databases.Experience todevelop and implement recruitment plans andstrategies.Strong understanding of HRfunctions, methods, strategies, procedures, andpolicies.Familiar with sourcingtechniques.Strong analytical andorganizational skills.Outstanding knowledge ofreferral programs.Proficiency in MSoffice.Exceptional record-keepingskills.Good time managementskills.Strong oral and written communicationskillsLocation : St.Inez, Panaji,Goa.
