Fleet Operation Coordinator

Coordinate the day-to-dayoperations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, andmonitoring vehicles.Schedule and dispatchdrivers for efficient and timely delivery tocustomers.Monitor vehicles and Bike routes andadjust as needed to optimize delivery times and minimize fuelconsumption.Communicate effectively withdrivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughouttheir shifts.Maintain accurate records ofvehicle maintenance, inspections, andrepairs.Monitor fuel usage and expenses toidentify cost-saving opportunities.Respondpromptly to any issues or emergencies that arise during deliveryoperations.Requirements:Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional education or training inlogistics or a related field is a plus.Provenexperience in fleet management or a similar role, preferably in thedelivery industry.Strong organizational,Communication and problem-solvingskills.Proficiency in relevant softwareapplications, such as fleet management systems and GPS trackingtools.
