Job Responsibilities:
To identify, evaluate, cultivate, support, and contribute to the regional sales target achievement.
Technically support in achieving regional GCSS revenue targets through DICT/DIA/DPLC/IPLC/PRI/SIP/VPBX/M2M/Cloud/Datacenters/SD-WAN, support in customization of products and services, and also to have an eye on upcoming technology trends in the B2B market
Assisting the corporate sales team in closing and finalizing the corporate deals
Answering and fulfilling client's technical queries with the support of CBSC (corporate business support center)
Preparation, follow-ups and approvals of business cases (ROI)
Facilitating Conducting sales activities
Playing an active role as regional bid manager for mega RFPs
Engage in product training to maintain high product knowledge.
Technical & commercial proposal preparation for corporate customers & presenting the same to customers.
Quarterly/ periodic client wise revenue and service analysis with the support of CBSC and BI.
Customer delight feedback surveys and regular customers visits
Work with sales teams to understand customer needs technically.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above
Work Experience:
Current Level - AM & Above
Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above
At-least 1 year experience with Zong at the time of placement and must be a Permanent Employee of the company
2 yrs. in total at AM & Above level For Sr. Manager and 1 Yr in total at AM & Above for Mgr Level
Performance Criteria:
At least 01 HP & above in two most recent annual appraisals (if only 1 appraisal is done, then that should be HP & above)#J-18808-Ljbffr
