"SuccessFactors Specialist Enhancing HR Efficiency and User Experience"Location: Karachi, PakistanHybridAbout the positionThis role, reporting into the SuccessFactors Solution Architect will be responsible for contributing to the multi-year strategic action plan for future progression and deployment of our HR systems. This role will lead the development and implementation of core HR business processes and service excellence solutions that align with future business needs and technical priorities as well as ongoing business as usual activities.This role will work collaboratively with the global HR team and HR colleagues in the markets and lead projects to ensure SuccessFactors meets Upfield's requirements to have a user friendly, intuitive efficient HR system for all users.So, what does it take to be successful in this role?Manage SAP SuccessFactors system: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely delivery.Certified in SuccessFactors Reporting module: Proficient in Canvas, Adhoc, and Story reporting.Provide expert technical advice: Offer strategic guidance on system management and optimization.Engage with senior stakeholders: Provide constructive challenges and robust advice to the HRIT design authority.Lead HR technology transformations: Execute full lifecycle of HR tech and service delivery programs.Oversee HRIT processes: Manage service requests, change management, and system updates efficiently.Support stakeholder needs: Collaborate closely with IT, data excellence teams, and external vendors to meet HRIT requirements effectively.Experience in SF modules (e.g., EC, Onboarding, PMGM) is an add-on: Configure and design systems to meet business needs.What's nextIf this position sounds interesting, please hit the apply button now!
