Job Description:We are seeking motivated and experienced Business Developers with a background in UI/UX designing to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for Sales/Marketing/Business Development and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UI/UX design sector.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Collaborate with the UI/UX design team to ensure client requirements are met.

Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Requirements:

Marketing, Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, preferably in the UI/UX design industry.

Understanding of UI/UX design principles and processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability to work evening and night shifts.
