HR Executive

Join our team as an HR Executive and play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and success! This full-time position requires an on-site work arrangement, giving you the opportunity to work directly within our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :Design compensation and benefits packages.

Source and screen candidates through various channels.

Implement performance review procedures.

Foster a positive work environment and maintain high engagement.

Develop and maintain onboarding process for a new employees.

Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.

Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.

Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.

Manage employee attendance portal.

Measure employee retention and turnover rates.

Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Prepare and manage HR documents like employment contracts.

Requirements :Minimum 2 years in HR, with a focus on technical recruitment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role within Software industry.

Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems.

Experience with full-cycle recruiting.

Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).

Demonstrable leadership abilities.

BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field from a reputable institute.#J-18808-Ljbffr
