Job Responsibilities:Plan and implement the research and development strategy and objectives for FWIS in alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and values.Manage and supervise a team of curriculum developers, evaluators, translators, trainers, and designers, and ensure their professional development and performance evaluation.Ensure the compliance of the products and services with the regulatory and ethical standards of the countries where DMIES operates.Review and revise the existing products and services to enhance their functionality, effectiveness, and relevance.Monitor and evaluate the impact and outcomes of the products and services on the students, teachers, and parents of DMIES.Develop and innovate new products and services based on the latest research and best practices in the field of Islamic education.Conduct market research and analysis to identify the needs and preferences of the customers and the competitors in the global education sector.Prepare and present reports and proposals on the research and development activities and achievements to the senior management and the stakeholders of DMIES.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance department efficiency.Manage the research and development budget and resources and ensure their optimal utilization and allocation.Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing, operations, and finance departments to ensure the quality, feasibility, and profitability of the products and services offered by DMIES.Follow sharia guidance, rules and regulations for compliance.
