Site Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years of experience. The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, and other project teams on-site. Additionally, they will coordinate with inspection teams and develop systems for the smooth execution of projects.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and other project teams on-site to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule.Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure the smooth execution of projects, including coordinating with inspection teams and resolving any on-site issues.Monitor project progress and performance, and report regularly to project management teams.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the site.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain positive relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of safety regulations and construction practices.How to Apply:
