Inspection Officer

Role Description:

Plan the field visits at day start with coordination of immediate supervisor on daily basis.

Call the customers and confirm the time of visit.

Visit customers at their premises against the registered complaint.

Listen to the customer's complaint in detail with patience, inspect the mattress thoroughly along with the furniture in use.

Evaluate the customer's mattress for the validity of the complaint

Note down the observations on the Complaint inspection form.

Guide customer for further course of action in accordance with predefined customer services policy.

In case of no problem found, guide the customer about the right / proper use of the mattress.

Qualification:

Graduation

Relevant Experience:

1 - 2 year relevant experience
