LocationIntroductionThe Aga Khan University Hospital is a not-for-profit healthcare institute that offers all medical services to their patients under one roof. In addition to the tertiary care hospital in Karachi, AKUH has a network of 4 secondary care hospitals, 30+ Medical Centres, and over 290+ Clinical Laboratories, 30+ Pharmacies in over 120+ cities across Pakistan. It also offers Home Healthcare Services and home deliveries of medicines. The Hospital provides Zakat for those patients who are eligible, and the health systems offers generous Patient Welfare to support those in financial need. In recognition of its high quality and patient safety, the AKUH is accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) as an Academic Medical Centre and its Clinical Laboratories are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) for fast and accurate testing.

ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible to;

develop and execute visual content strategy for Aga Khan University Hospital's digital assets and collaterals, creating high-quality visual assets and collaborating with internal stakeholders to accurately reflect departmental needs and brand messaging.

provide guidance, training, and mentorship to assigned associates and trainees, contributing to their professional development and skill enhancement.

plan, oversee, and delegate tasks associated with assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.

design and develop impactful print materials such as e-flyers, posters, banners, and standees, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

collaborate with marketing and communication colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all print and digital materials

RequirementsYou should have:

Bachelor's Degree and a Certificate/Diploma/Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, Animation, Photography, Videography, Film Editing and Production, or related field.

demonstratable proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

minimum 5 years of experience in a creative design role is required. Management experience is preferred.

strong understanding of visual design principles and best practices.

proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).

knowledge of social media aesthetics.

Ability to read and write in English and Urdu.

Strong communication , interpersonal and collaboration skills .

Ability to work independently and take initiative and meet deadlines effectively.
