Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall project leadership and direction, ensuring adherence to quality, safety. and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine project scope. budget, and timelines.

- Coordinate and manage the efforts of multidisciplinary teams. Including architects, engineers, and construction professionals.

- Oversee the design and construction phases, ensuring efficient and timely project delivery.

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a lead consultant on large hospital or healthcare facility projects.

- Extensive knowledge of healthcare construction regulations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams.

- Relevant qualifications in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
