Our agility, expertise, and holistic approach have helped smoothen the processes and paths of Saudi public impact initiatives operating under the Vision 2030 umbrella.The Budgeting & Reporting Associate is responsible for managing the financial reporting process, preparing accurate financial statements, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, develop budgeting and forecasting models, and monitor performance against targets.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Supports in meetings with the Business leaders on an ongoing basis, challenges their estimates and set new targets• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. • Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models. • Monitor and review budgets, providing recommendations for cost optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure its accuracy. • Prepare variance analysis reports and provide explanations for any deviations from budgets. • Support the planning and forecasting process for the entity, which includes P&L, Balance sheet, Cashflow and non-financial data• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in a budgeting and reporting role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
