Outbound Sales Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and enhancing relationships with existing clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exploring upselling opportunities.Maintain an in-depth understanding of Binex products and offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with the sales team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in the industry.Attend industry conferences, meetings, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to monitor business performance.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, ideally in the building materials or construction industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.A self-starter with a track record of successful sales development.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
