To develop and implement the HR Strategy and action plan for IIMCT & RIU ensuring that the skills, knowledge and attitudes of staff are developed in line with IIMCT & RIU business objectives.

Performance management
SOP's & Business Processes Reengineering
Audits
Additional RESPONSIBILITIES:(additional tasks,assignments, Research and developmental activities)
Job SpecificationExcellent analytical skills.
Strong understanding of HR concepts, issues and HR operations.
Strong report writing skills.
Good experience of Recruitment Management.
