As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role as a managerial sparring partner, support employees with (health) concerns, lead the performance review cycle and take charge of the continuous improvement of people & culture processes.

What you will do:

Offer compassionate and professional assistance to employees dealing with health-related issues.Manage and resolve a variety of employee-related issues, maintaining a fair and supportive work environment.Lead People & Culture efforts during organizational changes, such as organizational structure changes or setting up new teams, guarding our company values. Oversee and drive the quarterly performance review process.Manage and maintain the salary house and ensure fair salaries for everyone.Be the managerial sparringspartner helping managers facilitating high performing and happy teams.Be continuously up to date on Dutch Labor Law and Collective Labor Agreement changes and implement them accordingly.Work closely with the Learning & Development and People Operations team. Own and implement continuous improvement of People processes, including the implementation of innovative People & Culture solutions.5+ years experience as a People Business Partner or another People & Culture role in which you led projects and have acted as the managerial sparringspartner.You have experience working in a fast changing environment and are used to picking up the challenges that come with it.You are highly organized, self-starting and detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of Dutch Labor Law and collective labor agreements.You are open minded, proactive and solution oriented. You like challenges and always start working on them with a positive mindset.You value flexibility, feedback, trust, honest & open communication and naturally support people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.You are not afraid to work independently, make mistakes, learn from them and fix them.
