This role involves overseeing and optimizing HR processes, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, excellent organizational skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to the growth and development of our workforce.This role will entail overseeing the operations of both Virtual Force and Kualitatem.Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their objectives and providing expert HR guidance. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align HR strategies with overall business goals. Comprehend and adhere completely to legal requirements, regulations, as well as internal procedures and policies. Oversee and optimize HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and policies. Lead and develop the HR operations team to deliver exceptional service to employees. Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Collaborate with teams to identify and address employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace environment Cultivate a great people's persona, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Drive effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. Provide leadership and mentorship to HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Utilize people analytics & Instincts to foresee area of opportunities, and present data-informed solutions that drive positive outcomes. Collaborate with the senior management to analyze trends and metrics, shaping solutions and influencing programs and policies Implement talent development programs to enhance leadership capabilities across the organization. Design, implement, and manage performance management processes to drive a high-performance culture. Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting effective performance reviews. Lead the process of performance appraisals, ensuring a fair and transparent evaluation system. Provide guidance to managers on performance assessment and improvement opportunities. Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies that support organizational objectives. Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends to ensure the organization remains a leader in talent management. Identify and nurture talent within the organization, supporting career development and succession planning. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Conduct data analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits structures. Proactively plan and execute compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals. Utilize problem-solving skills to address compensation-related challenges and enhance overall employee satisfaction. Qualifications:6+ years of experience required.Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.Proven experience in HR or People Operations roles.Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
