HFS Leader - MENEAT | NMC Healthcare Jobs in Dubai 2023

Responsibilities:

You will lead a team of 2-3 senior team members to drive HFS coverage in the region

You maintain a continuous connection with the HFS EMEA leader to drive strategy implemented at EMEA level

You will establish an efficient and effective internal operating rhythm with counterparts in GE HealthCare (GEHC), drive synchronized market penetration, develop C-suite relationships and product adoption, while maximizing total account profitability for GEHC

You will drive the wing-to-wing sales process including customer prospecting, lead generation, making sales calls, analyzing data, preparing proposals and credit packages, negotiating price or other terms, and coordinating onboarding and ongoing relationships with customers

You partner with Capital Markets to build 3rd party mid -ticket equipment financing programs in geographies where GE HFS will not have "On-Book" capabilities

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and a significant commercial leadership experience including Direct Sales, Risk and Finance in a financial services environment

You demonstrate the ability to build and foster strong relationships at the senior management level of prospects and customers
