Description:

Job: In this role, you will be accountable for the development of Sub-Region Gulf accounts (Owners) operating in the O&G business through standardization, project specification, sales development (direct or indirect) and multi-level relationship management, in order to increase Hilti / Oglaend share of wallet.

Responsibilities:

The BD is accountable for the development of the strategy of the assigned accounts, leading its implementation locally through Hilti & Oglaend counterparts globally.

Furthermore, you will take ownership of the account project pipeline and proactive build-up of Hilti / Oglaend capture teams to drive the aligned focus projects and increase share of wallet.

This will be achieved by bringing market intelligence to the team to confirm and/or update corporate segment strategies while maintaining effective communication with the global Hilti/ Oglaend team and acting as owner of assigned accounts.

Requirements:

Civil or Mechanical Engineering Degree, Masters is a plus

Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry with minimum 5 years working experience

Commercial awareness and competitive drive

High level of communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in Arabic and English
