Description:
To monitor and manage biomedical services for the business unit in line with company and regulatory standards and best practice.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the biomedical operations of the business unit
Manage and support biomedical projects for allocated business units/expansions in collaboration with the engineering department
Oversee and manage on-site contractors in Hospital
Lead and manage the team
Prepare technical specifications for new medical equipment, spare parts, consumables and materials required
Job Requirements:
A relevant Biomedical Engineering degree
At least 10 years' relevant hospital experience of which at least 3 were in a management or supervisory position
Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental related laws and regulations
Quality management and governance standards and best practice
Verbal and written communication skills in English
