SUMMARY OF THE ROLEAs a Retail Development Supervisor, you will be responsible to develop and maintain 'The Jotun Way' program by organizing and coordinating its delivery to the sales specialist's staff of Jotun shops to convey relevant product and marketing information and create the best shopping experience for end-users.This position is based in Riyadh and will report to the Retail Development Manager.Responsibilities:Manage and lead the Jotun Way Program by setting program objectives and guidance to support its development and achieving the program's targets.Rollout the Jotun way training & organize sales product training for all the retail network staff by organizing post product launch events to ensure that Jotun product features are effectively conveyed to the end-users.Develop and maintain promotional initiatives for the sales specialists, implementing an incentive scheme to boost sales at Jotun's retail outlets.Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of Retail Programs in the local market and excellent coordination with all stakeholders related with the Jotun Way activities.Creativity develop initiative to increase loyalty of Jotun sales specialists and build engagement/relationship with shops outlet sales specialists.Manage & Develop all BTL (Below the Line) Activities and communication for the Jotun Retail, develop and oversee all retail development training programs by monitoring and following up on the 'Jotun Way', 'Paint Academy' and 'Introduction to Jotun' seminars in order provide the best customer experience.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFERQualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing or sales degree.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or business development.Fluency in Arabic & English - both verbally and written.Personal Qualities:Identifies and seizes commercial opportunities; has a strong positive impact on business growth and profitability.Builds a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives.Uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead, defines clear priorities and allocates resources effectively.Co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience and information; supports others in the pursuit of team goals.Focuses on bottom-line results, identifies potential risks and monitors the financial impact of own activities.Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits.Continuous learning opportunities and training activities through on-the-job training and our in-house learning Jotun Academy.Career development opportunities across multiple disciplines and geographies.Leaders who focus on engaging and enabling their team, proven by consistently high employee feedback scores.A supportive and inclusive company culture where you can be your authentic self.A focus on having fun together through team buildings and social activities.POSITION INFORMATIONCompany:Jotun Saudia Co.
