We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Apply now for the position of Head of Strategy and Customer Engagement, based in, Riyadh-Saudi Arabia Your role:Coordinates implementation of superior business strategies, guidelines, and principles, in assigned organization.Designs and coordinates strategic plans, programs, and measures on business or regional level, and aligns with related strategies and plans, in support of CEO and related executive team.Acts a trusted advisor for Top Management, in all strategic aspects, in order to identify and follow up on future business opportunities.Ensures continuous analyses and design of strategic positioning of the business overall, and advises on long term development of the product, service, or solutions portfolio.Ensures development of business plans and ensures effective controlling of the target setting processes, BTAs, and quarterly reviews.Steers and coordinates preparation and implementation of strategic planning, investment strategies, market research (incl. execution of strategic benchmarking), etc.May initiate strategic initiatives of external growth, and initiates, steers or coordinates respective market access projects, in defined businesses or regions.Initiates and manages Strategy consulting projects, and the development and implementation of strategic business management and analysis tools.Decides on cooperation with external service providers, and monitors progress, budget adherence and results generated.Manage the market and business intelligence activities and initiatives to maintain an up-to-date internal reporting.Contribute to MEA zone report by providing continuous market insights on specific business unit or competition.Manages the preparations and content development during the executive management meetings and reporting.Drive revenue growth for Siemens Healthineers by identifying and developing new opportunities and building and expanding the presence of Siemens Healthineers in Saudi Arabia in collaboration with relevant departments.Support existing sales structures in developing large scale project and initiatives. Establish strategic roadmap for the development of new business development opportunities.Identify new business opportunities to expand our footprint in KSA.Establish & maintain strategic partnerships with key non-standard institutions, e.g. Academia, non-governmental agenciesIdentify 'out of the box' ideas and concepts to improve our position in the market. Supporting the existing sales organization in developing and managing complex dealsFoster early engagements with new customers and partners to support the sales funnel Your expertise:Bachelor's degree mandatory.Minimum 8 years of experience within Strategy and/or business development, customer success management, business management Minimum 3 years' experience within healthcare industry is mustPrevious experience within a Zone / Region setting up projects and reporting structures.Good understanding of the healthcare industry structures and departments.Experience in setting up and managing projects end-to-end from formation to closure.Excellent PowerPoint and excel skills is mandatory.Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time whilst maintaining a high-level of quality and coordination.Strong level of English communication, Arabic language capabilities preferred.To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.comWho we are:We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
